Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? I definitely need (1) a house with a nice-sized yard cuz I need room to run and romp and be safe! I also need to know that you have a dog now OR have had a dog in the past. (2) The rescue needs to phone your vet to check your vet reference. OK?
I am a German Shepherd/Husky mix. I look like a German Shephear and hwol like a Husky when a fire truck goes by! I am almost 4-years old, the vet says, and I weigh 73 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been spayed so I'm ready to go to my new home with YOU!! Those funny-looking 2-legged creatures said I’m also microchipped – whatever THAT is. At any rate, I will be fully vetted. Is that anything close to petted? I love to be petted! They say I'm precious. Hmmm, Is my name ANGELLE or Precious?
Wanna hear some more good stuff about me? OK, here goes. I was given up to a rescue after having spent most of my life, so far, on a chain. I am SO happy to be FREE! I need love, exercise, and couch-sitting when we get tired! Let's be a team, OK? I'm a really good girl. I'm happy to start my new life.
I like other dogs. There are several little, yappy dogs in a different yard here at my foster's home. They bark at me but I just go over and want to get close to them! I never say a word! I like ALL humans, too. Right now, I think I'd like a rather quiet lifestyle until I get acclimated to my new home with you. I'm still a little skittish, but just a little, once I know you love me! THEN, I can loosen up more. I want my peeps to love on me as much as possible.
I'm already using a doggie door. Smart, huh?
I like to take naps when I'm tired from playing. I'm a playing machine! I'm ready to learn all the good things a doggie needs to know to be safe and happy. I also love to hug and cuddle with you. I know what you're thinking. I'm a big dog for being a cuddler. It's true!

My adoption fee is $550 USD and includes my vaccines, spaying, microchip, health certificate AND transportation (YIPEE) from Houston, TX to Seattle (only). During COVID-19, the rescue can only fly dogs to Seattle.
