Rose and Daffodil are a bonded pair of piggies who are looking for their forever home! This special mother and daughter duo were originally purchased from a pet store and then returned, they were taken in by a kind citizen and brought to our Rescue. While these ladies tend to be on the shy side, these piggies tend to be the most rewarding family members! They are already coming out of their shells in their foster home. An experienced guinea pig owner is greatly preferred for this pair.

Rose is a beautiful dark colored 1 and a half year old piggie and her daughter Daffodil is lighter in colored and around 1 years old. They are a very sweet, bonded pair that will do best in a home without younger children or dogs. As they are still learning to trust humans, gentle handling is a must!

Rose and Daffodil have an excellent appetite and enjoy fresh vegetables, piles of hay and Oxbow pellets every day. The pair will need to live in a Rescue-required Cubes and Coroplast cage of at least 2 cubes by 4 cubes. The cage must be located in a part of the house the family spends time in so everyone can enjoy their company. We also ask that anyone adopting them lives a reasonable driving distance from Rockville/Frederick, MD.
