My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hewo der! My name is Speedy. I am a 5-year-old, male,
Shephard mix weighing around 48 lbs. I am here because The
Cantu Foundation rescued me from a shelter in Tijuana. I wear
diapers and I’m good with a leash on my wheels not on my collar.
My background is a ruff one. I was found on the side of the road
after getting hit by a car! I was rescued by a shelter that lacked
the resources to give me the medical attention I so desperately
needed. Instead, I was kept in a cage for more than 4 MONTHS!
Thankfully The Cantu Foundation found me, stepped up, and took
me in. I have the fight in me to walk again...I am currently getting
physical therapy and slowly getting better. Despite all of this, I am
very chill. I love to be around my pack and go on walkies with my
pack. I am very affectionate, submissive, and I have a zest for life.
There is so much more life has to offer, and I don’t want my set-
back to get in the way of having the best life! I get all the
compliments for being such a good boy (I try my best!). I get
along with other doggos and little hoomans. I love walkies and
relaxing with my family. I pawmise I am the sweetest most loving
grateful doggo you will meet. I hope my journey starts with you!
My perfect furever home would be one where I can hang out with
my furever family/hooman. I can be left alone but I prefer to be
with my hoomans. Little hoomans and other doggos would be just
fine. Take me on walkies and car rides, I’ll be so happy! My
adoption fee is $200 and that includes spaying/neutering and
vetting care. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form
on the website here http://www.thecantufoundation.org/adopt.html
