My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lion was found in a dumpster in PG County when he was only 5 weeks old with both front legs having deformations.  Since the county has a pit bull ban, his only way out was through rescue. We took Lion in and had him seen by our vet and orthopedic and were able to get him lifetime prosthetics from Bionic Pets for both of his front legs. This means that when he outgrows or needs to change his legs for any reason, they are  already covered for him.  He is now getting around and loves to run and play. Lion may have a physical disability but he does not let that stop him. He will outrun all the dogs and loves to play with his foster canine siblings. There is nothing left to treat medically and he is cleared and ready to find his forever home!!

Lion is now 8 months old and would do best in a home with minimal stairs and NO KIDS. He is great with other social friendly dogs and loves to play. He is crate trained and house trained, loves to snuggle and absolutely loves to go for car rides and see new places. He does need to stay local to the DMV where Bionic Pets is located.
