My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hercules is a 4 year old merlequin deaf male with cropped and standing ears. He came to rescue with his buddy Dominoe after a death in their family prompted the need to be rehomed. Even though Hercules is deaf, he is so good at responding, you could easily be fooled into thinking he can hear. His buddy Dominoe obviously took him under his wing a long time ago and has been his ears ever since. He is an excellent boy, good with everything from kids to cats. Hercules needs to go to a home with other dogs because of his deafness. We would like to keep Hercules & Dominoe together. Hercules came to MAGDRL in June 2009.

Dominoe is a 10 year heavily marked harlequin male with cropped and standing ears. He comes to MAGDRL with his best buddy Hercules after a death in their family prompted the need for them to be re-homed. Dominoe is a slender boy weighing in at 90 pounds. He and his buddy Hercules are Mutt and Jeff when you see them side by side. He is a very easy to handle dog doing everything he can to please his humans. Nothing rattles him, he takes everything in stride. His activity level will amaze you when you meet him, he won't set any land speed records but you won't believe his age either. He's good with all other dogs, cats and kids. It is hoped that he and Hercules can be placed together. Dominoe came to MAGDRL in June 2009. (1)
