Charlie is a sweet boy who unfortunately is a victim of severe neglect. But, since his rescue he has been learning what being a cat is all about -- soft places to nap, cat trees to climb on, and snuggles to enjoy! He is an outgoing boy and very affectionate. He gets along well with other pets, and loves to play! Whoever adopts him is going to be lucky indeed!
