Hi! My name is Elvis. I’m a handsome guy who was rescued off of the dangerous streets in Muscat, Oman when I was a pup. I’m so lucky to be rescued. I was at risk for being poisoned, shot, and dying a horrible death of dehydration and starvation. I have a cute personality, love to run and play, and also am happy to snuggle on the couch with my humans. I’m currently being fostered outside of DC but can be transported to my perfect home. I would do best with a fenced yard and they don’t think I would do well in an apartment as I’m very busy! I’m great with other dogs and would love to have a friend to play with. I’m up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped
