Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We were first time dog adopters for our two beloved dogs, Prim and Poppy. They have had minor behavioral issues including barking, jumping, and getting through gaps in fences. They are very sweet and cuddly after they get used to new people in the house or even other animals. They sleep with us in our bed-super super good little teddy bears.
However, our toddler really sets Prim-Poppy’s sister off, due to the fact that our toddler chases her and makes her afraid that she’s going to hurt her. We have had incidents of Prim snapping at our child, and did bite her once when provoked. We keep trying to teach our toddler, but until we are confident she will listen we have resorted to keeping the dogs separate from our children, which means that they are kenneled or in their own room far too much. Poppy is Submissive and gets along with other animals.
We love these two, but they deserve a home where they get walked more or have more time to roam their new homes.
