Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AWESOME DOG ALERT!
Thor is an approx 3-4 yr old fluffy rottie with the most amazing personality. He truly could not be a more happy go lucky guy. He is a bit reserved with new people, nothing negative, just takes a little time to warm up and get comfortable, and he can be a bit hand shy with sudden movements, but he absolutely loves his people and is up for anything. Car rides? Yes please! Starbucks drive thru (with pupaccino)? Absolutely!
Thor tested well with cats and ignored them, but we always recommend slow introductions. He can get a bit overexcited about other dogs so might do best as an only dog or with calmer, tolerant dogs, but a meet would be required for any approved applicants with another dog, to make sure it seems to a love connection. Children over 10 due to his size
Thor loves to be outside with his humans, although don’t get me wrong, he is also happy to nap in a warm cozy dog bed. He would love a family willing to give him some outside time in a fenced in yard. Most of all he wants someone to recognize what a great soul he is and tells him so many times a day.
Thor has a thyroid condition that is currently well managed on 2 pills a day (he eats them right out of his food!) to the cost of about $30 a month, but otherwise would just need preventative well vet care and occasional bloodwork, as most dogs do.
**If you are serious about adopting , you must head to our website at www.kodisclub.org and submit a completed application . We will not do anything without an app. Due to the small size of our volunteer-run rescue, only the approved adopter may be contacted. It is not first come first served, but the best match **
