Hi! My name is Brutus. I had a rough start when I was really young. My previous owner used to leave me in a kennel for 48+ hours at a time. I was only 7 pounds when my now owner found me. She fed me and washed me and got me back to being healthy and happy. Now it’s time for me to find a fur-ever home. See, my owner already has two dogs, and two kids, and when she rescued me it broke her heart to know she couldn’t keep me forever. She wanted to make sure I was healthy. I am a spunky little man! I am super loving and friendly. I still have slight food aggression around other animals but I play well. I’m pretty hyper but I really need someone to help me find my purpose and be my leader. I am crate trained. I know that’s my bed now and not a prison. Sometimes I still tinkle when I’m excited or scared. I’m shy of men. My rescuer is a woman, so I stick around her. I would really love to be adopted to a fun couple who wants a bright addition to their lives. Me!
