Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bojangles - Lab Mix - Male - 1 Year - www.twyla.org
If you'd like to know more about this dog please visit www.twyla.org
Meet Bojangles: this gorgeous neutered male Lab mix was found stray and no one came forward looking for him, we can't understand why someone would not want this handsome and sweet boy. He is playful but not high energy, sweet and affectionate, gets along well with all other dogs we have seen him meet, is respectful and polite in the house. Now, he will steel trash out of an open trashcan given the chance and we wouldn't leave our dinner unsupervised around him, but he may have had to survive on his own for a while and learned to be opportunistic. Setting him up for success by hiding trash and watching your food until he learns the house rules and to trust that his family will feed him everyday will go a long way. Bojangles currently lives peacefully with cats and has been patience and sweet around older kids. He is not a fan of crates, but has shown good house manners when left uncrated.
Bojangles is looking for a home preferably with another dog for him to play with, but he would also do well with an active family, as long as he gets the exercise, attention and affection he craves and deserves.
***Please note: All dogs are fostered in private homes of volunteers, so to meet a dog please fill out an Adoption Application on our website (http://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process) so we may setup a private meetup with the dog or coordinate for an Introduction at the next general Adoption Meet and Greet (as listed on our website: (http://www.twyla.org/upcoming-events), as not all dogs attend all Meet and Greets***
