My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Douglas is a four month old yorkie puppy who will weigh approximately 6 - 8 pounds when full grown. He is a beautiful little boy and has a wonderful personality. He is outgoing and very playful! Douglas will be a beautiful yorkie when he is full grown. If interested, you must fill out an application at www.NCYorkieRescue.org to be eligible for adoption.

We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are in the process of applying for our 501(c)(3) and are a non-profit group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home.
