"My name is Roxie. My owner lost his job and couldn't care for me the way he wanted to. He did the right thing and turned me over to Cat Tails where I get good food and clean water everyday. I like it here but I want my own humans to protect and play with. I am about 2 years old and I'm all about PLAY and LOVE!"
