My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Mimi and I am about 3 years old and a wonderful mix of Australian Shepherd, German Shepherd and probably a few more wonderful breeds. I was rescued by ASF from a hoarding/neglect case in Oklahoma and came up to New England to find my family.

I am still a puppy at heart. I love my toys and will play with or without you. I am great on a leash and LOVE going for a walk. I sit on command while you put on my leash and harness. I am good with the family cat but take cues to 'leave it' just in case from my foster mom. I want to be with you all the time. If you go into another room, please don't close the door or I will cry. My foster mom thinks I will learn how to open the door. I am spayed, current on immunization and on preventatives. I am housebroken too!

If you want to be my furever family, please give me time, about a week or so to get used to you. It took me about 4 days with my foster mom and now I Iove her more than anything. All adoption fees are used for future rescue efforts. There is an additional $150 transport fee which was the actual cost to relocate Mimi from Oklahoma on a professional transport.
