This gorgeous young lady is Seraphina. She is a fun and social kitty but can certainly give an aloof, too-cool-for-school vibe at times. She's such a hipster! Seraphina came to Tenth Life with undiagnosed health issues but luckily she got the care she needed and was found to have IBD and a food allergy. She's very healthy now but does require special food and a daily medicine that she takes with no problem. She is also FIV+. Cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives, and can even coexist with non-FIV cats. You can learn more about FIV here: http://tenthlifecats.org/all-about-cats/health-and-care/fiv.
Seraphina is extremely smart. She loves to play games and to be mentally stimulated. She understands "no and probably a few other words (see her video). She learns routines very quickly. She craves attention and is very sweet and funny. Her quirky behavior is very endearing and she definitely has her likes and dislikes: Likes: Digging boxes out of the recycling to play hide-and-seek behind them. Jumping out at humans to try and spook them. Naps. Dislikes: Being woken up from naps. Her own reflection (they hiss at each other every morning).
Seraphina enjoys being the center of attention so would love a home as a single kitty! ?

More about this rescue
Tenth Life's Mission:
Giving cats the lives they deserve.
At Tenth Life, we believe that every cat, regardless of emotional or physical limitations, deserves the chance at a fulfilling and happy life.
We provide veterinary care, foster homes, and adoptive placement to stray cats and kittens, prioritizing those with special needs. We work to end unnecessary euthanasia and cat homelessness through educational outreach, community programs, and collaborative partnerships.
Only when a trusted veterinarian determines that a cat is in a state of incurable suffering, does Tenth Life relieve them of their pain through gentle and humane euthanasia. This difficult and thoughtful decision is never made in response to a lack of space, negative behaviors, or because a cat's medical needs are challenging or expensive.
