My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

These three little kittens haven’t lost their mittens, but they are gradually losing their fear of humans. Ethan, Ethana and Ellie are about six months old and were rescued from a ditch on the other side of town.

Ethan is black and white with a little black nose. He is on the left in the picture. Ethana is black and white with a white nose. She is in the middle. Ellie is mostly black with a white mustache. She is on the right, waaay in back, hiding behind her sister.

They are awfully cute but they were awfully scared when they arrived, and cowered together. Now they have become much more relaxed. They eat well and have become more curious about their surroundings. Ethan is the boldest, but all three now allow themselves to be picked up and cuddled, just a little. We are working on them to get them more used to being handled.

We would be delighted to find a patient person or family who would be willing to take all three of these kittens. They are bonded and appear to draw courage and confidence from each other. In new surroundings, they will hide. They need a quiet room with safe hidey-holes for awhile. Their new parents will have to have a great deal of patience until they overcome their fears. If you would like a ready-made feline family, come on over and meet them.
