My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Kaonashi (pronounced "cow-nah-shee") is approximately two years old, and a wonderful house cat. He was adopted directly from a shelter as a baby and has been raised in a loving home; he is microchipped and fully up to date on shots. Kaonashi is exceedingly affectionate, and loves to sleep in your lap or be held close to your chest. He likes to hug and to kiss you right back! He is a primarily indoor cat, fully litter box trained, but also sometimes likes time spent in our enclosed back yard playing in the grass in summer or the leaves in the fall. His loves to play with toy mice, chase a laser pointer, and especially loves hanging out in empty boxes! He will even run to the door anytime someone knocks, hoping its a delivery man with a new box for him to check out! He is very comfortable with new people, kids, dogs, and other cats. Sadly, one of his current human housemates has a strong feline allergy, so we are hoping to get him to a home where he can live in better harmony.
