My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peaches is a 6.5 yr old female American Staffordshire Terrier. She has gone through 4 months of training for dog aggression and can pass by most dogs with little to no problems. She does get along with most dogs but resource guards with toys, food, and bones. She has even resource guarded water in another crate. So we recommend Peaches to be an only dog. Otherwise she is ready for adoption. Peaches doesn't seem to be bothered by cats, but we haven't fully free roam tested her with such.

More about this rescue

Love A Pit Rescue has been a pit bull placement program for 5 years, catching pit bulls before they ended up in shelters, and finding new, loving homes for these dogs. 2007 we went full 501c3 rescue, and have been rescuing dogs as much as possible. Love A Pit Rescue is in full operation and now has dogs available for viewing.
