My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet

o Joey (m, 6 months old, DSH, black and white)

2020 was a ruff year for everyone! But Joey had it pretty tough! About three weeks ago, Joey got snatched up by a hungry hawk. According to witnesses, Joey put up quite the fight. The hawk gave up and Joey plummeted from the sky! Fortunately, a Good Samaritan scooped him up and brought him to the Pet Adoption League of Gem County, where emergency medical care saved his life. Sadly, Joey broke his leg in multiple places, and it had to be amputated. Joey is making a full recovery in his foster home and is ready for his forever home.

Joey is good with dogs and cats. He is litter box trained. He is learning how to balance with 3 legs very quickly.  If you are looking for a special gift, this is your guy. Call for appointment with foster mom.
