Penne has stolen the hearts of everyone she’s met. She’s a teeny tiny little 3 month old who was trapped in at a local feral colony. Despite being born to a feral mother, she has quickly warmed up to people and become the most affectionate little kitten! She’s very easygoing— almost lazy— but is smart and great at problem solving when treats are involved. More than anything, she loves to cuddle with people and other cats alike. She just melts in your arms, purring nonstop! Penne is also a huge fan of being carried around like a baby and playing in boxes and bags.
