FOSTER NEEDED

Canelo is a gentle giant that is sadly being returned after a year and a half because of his size. Unfortunately, his owner is no longer able to care for a dog that weighs 125 pounds. Canelo is complete sweetheart who will try to curl up in your lap every chance he gets and absolutely loves everyone. Canelo is a 7.5 year old mastiff mix that only wants a family to love and spend time with. He is very eager to please his owners and has been through training with Sit Means Sit where his training package will transfer with him to his new adopters. Canelo is both crate trained and house broken and he loves to go for car rides. He has been living with a little 5 lb Chi and was previously fostered in a home with two other large dogs and a cat. Because Canelo is going through so many changes with his living situation, we recommend a home that is clam and can consistently continue to work on the training he has already received. He is great with the 5 year old that he lived with so he is good with little kids as well. Canelo would love a home with a yard where he can run around and a comfy bed or couch to lounge on.
