My neighbor has abandoned this sweet little kitty. He's a male, around 7 months old. I don't know if he's neutered and up to date with his shots. He's super sweet, snuggly and wants cuddles. Animal control won't take him in because they consider him a community cat since both I and my other neighbor feed him. They will only do trap, neuter and release back into the same neighborhood. They told me I can try to rehome him on my own. He's been crying outside my door 24/7 for the past two weeks so I take that as a sign that he wants to be indoors. He deserves someone who will take him inside and spoil him with lots of love and treats.
