Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mother passed away and left two dogs. Rascal is one of them. Think he is a Beagle mix. Has a Morkie friend if interested in both dogs. A little skittish from a previous owner but should warm up with some consistent TLC.
He is a cool little dog and have all vet records.
