Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Fat Boy is a fun dog and a great character. Please note if you are interested in Pomeranians that he is larger, a truer medium size, around 35 lbs in his overweight state, probably more 28-30lbs in better trim. He is an easy going boy, although very chipper with a vivacious personality, very friendly, and he seriously loves attention and affection. He is "talky"....not as in barking, but he whines a lot, looking for some loving. You have to be a good sport about it, because that is just him, lol. He seems to be very solid in temperament, happy, very accepting of people, and he mingles well with other dogs. He is outdoorsy and certainly would not mind an adopter who likes to go on walks. He is estimated to be around 8 years old, so as a young senior you can expect greater vet costs down the line. He does have a large lipoma on his back, but it doesn't bother him at all and due to his thick coat isn't unsightly. And speaking of coats....yes, of course he sheds! Fat Boy would likely be happiest with someone who is mostly home being the affection junkie that he is, but will fit into most situations. He would fit into a family well or be a steadfast companion for a single person and should settle nicely into a multi dog home. Available to adopt to RI, CT and NH residents. Applications are available at http://southpawsexpress.org/AdoptionApplication.html or via contacting Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. His adoption fee is $450.
