Welcome to my page! My name is Renwick and I am one of the newest members of the Houston Boxer Rescue family. I am an adult (about 5 years old), male, fawn, boxer who is ready to have a family of my very own. Before we go any further, I think I should be upfront with you and tell you that I really like you already and that I intend to steal your heart. Let’s see what I can do.
One thing you should know about me is that I am the bestest of the best, and the goodest of the good, dogs. (LOL – The humans say that isn’t proper grammar, but what do I care? I’m a boxer and a thief of hearts!) Let me explain in better detail.
I am so good that I am already housebroken, crate trained (I sleep all night without making a sound), and I know not to come into the kitchen and beg. I am also friendly with other dogs, and I love every person I meet. One of my favorite things to do is lay my soft, furry chin right on your leg and look at you with my big soulful eyes. (This usually leads to me getting pet, and me stealing your heart… again!)
Not only do I love people, but I also really love treats. I like to try and gobble them up (I mean who doesn’t, they are delicious…). However if you remind me to be gentle I will mind my manners and eat them like a gentleman. Speaking of manners, I have many. I always sit when told, lay down when told, and I never jump on my humans. When I’m not stealing hearts or eating treats, I like to snooze in a comfy dog bed, or work on my tan by lying out in the sun.
See, I told you… I am the best! And I know you are the best too! We would make a perfect match. Don’t you think? So the way I see it there is only one more thing I need to know about you and that is…
