DOB: April 20, 2008 - Adopted Dec 2020

Mickey is a senior boy with a classic tuxedo coat that is super shiny. He is a smart cookie and responds to his name.

He loves to rub against people, and stay close to them. He'll happily snuggle and sleep with you (sometimes on your chest!) purring loudly. Although he's a tad shy at first, he warms up to people with a little bit of time.

Although he's technically a senior cat, Mickey loves to play with the laser pointer. He also likes to look out the windows and sitting in a sunbeam. He adores having his nose rubbed! If you don't rub his nose, he will rub it on anything close by to you. Head scratches are also greatly welcomed, but he doesn't particularly enjoy tummy rubs (typical cat).

Mickey is hilarious to watch as he meows when he's hungry, but sometimes no meow comes out, hence a 'silent meow'.

Mickey does not like dogs. We are unsure of how he would be with cats, as he hasn't been around them in a long time. He absolutely loved other cats, but since his companion passed away, he has been on his own. We are not sure how he would be with young kids.

This sweet, friendly, quiet guy would be a great pet for someone looking for an easygoing, independent but affectionate companion. Mickey is on a hypoallergenic diet (Royal Canin H/A) and is really loving it!
