You can turn off the sun, but Jason’s still gonna shine!
Open up your heart, and the sky is yours… Hi, I’m Jason! I’m a 50 pound, seven month old male pittie puppy! Vaccinated? Check. Neutered? Double check. Potty and leash trained? Check and check! The only thing I haven’t learned yet is my crate training, but I’m so cute you’ll want to have me with you 24/7, so we might not even need a crate at all!
Before I was rescued by The Cantu Foundation, I was a backyard dog. I was always outside, no matter how yucky the weather got. I think I deserve better, don’t you? But I won’t give up, even if the skies get rough. My foster momma says I have an even temperament; I’m very calm when I’m not playing. I can be high energy when I’m around other dogs because I match the energy they’re giving off. I read situations very well! I’m doing really great with meeting new doggies. I’m a little timid at first but I warm up quick and respond to all types of play. And I’m non-reactive! I’m kid friendly too. As for cats, well, I haven’t met one yet, so I’m not sure how I feel.
My favorite things to do are sleep and play with other dogs. My foster momma says if she could describe me in three words, they would be “sweet,” “playful,” and “cuddly!” She thinks I’d do best with another doggie in the home. An ideal family would be someone who works from home since I’m still working on my separation anxiety and a Furr sibling would be a + plus. I love my people so much! If you want to work on this with me, I’d like to try and learn. Someone I look up to once said that you’re not obligated to win; you’re obligated to keep trying to do the best you can do every day. And I promise I’ll try!
