Smartie lives up to his name! He is a smart boy that will entertain you for hours with his antics. He will do well with a family. He is super friendly and very playful. He is very into toys, but he does rip up the stuffed ones. He can be a counter surfer because he is very curious about everything. He is good on the leash. Smartie is a very confident dog and will need an owner that's in charge!
