Meet Lizzie! Lizzie is a very special girl and is one of our longest residents! Lizzie is a 2 year old Pit mix that always has a smile on her face! She takes a few extra seconds to warm up to new people, but once she does she is the biggest love! When she first came to us, she was petrified! She didn't seem like she had ever felt a loving hand! She has had lots of them during her time here and she can't get enough! Lizzie loves giving you hugs to show her affection. And trust us, they're the best hugs ever! We have been doing "clicker" training with her and she has responded so well! All she wants to do is please! Lizzie would do best in a quiet home without any young kids (16+), due to her sometimes getting overstimulated. She would do well with another dog, as long as its the right match. Lizzie is looking for her forever home that has nothing but love to give!
