My story

Smokey is about 14 months old, and he is a pretty amazing guy. He's part Lab, part Pittie, and part German Shepherd, with the best qualities of all three breeds.

Housebroken, walks great on a leash, loves going for rides. Would do great in a home with kids over 6 years, as he is a big dog (70 pounds) with a lot of happy energy.

He does okay with other dogs when introduced in a calm situation but we don't recommend him for the dog park, where there are a lot of loose dogs. NO cats, please.

All of our dogs are available for a $200 donation. This includes them being spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and fully vaccinated.

To adopt a dog, we require an approved pre-application, as well as a securely fenced yard. This means an actual, physical, fence. 'Invisible' fences are not acceptable, sorry. If you live in an apartment and do not have a yard, we are not able to adopt to you.

Please contact us at: dogtownmutts@gmail.com for details.

Please note: we typically do not do 'out of the area' adoptions. This would be any location more than 60 miles away from the Reno/Carson City area.
