This is OLLIE. He is a very good dog. My adult child adopted this dog a little over a year ago. She was in an abusive relationship with a partner that abused the dog, and her. When she left we ended up taking the dog so she could get back on her feet, on a temporary basis, which has turned into a permanent one. My husband and I already have three big dogs and are unable to keep him. Ollie is loving and easy going but does show signs of his past abuse. He still flinches sometimes when touched and we believe he was starved as he hordes food and will sneak into the refrigerator, trash can, or get up on the cupboards to get food, and once he has it do not attempt to take it away. Ollie has never bitten but acts aggressive and territorial to keep his sneaky item. I believe he has been starved in the past and is just doing what he knows to survive. He is easy to walk and house trained. He is good with kids and people loves belly rubs and treats.
