My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi. This is something that is hard for me to do, but I think it's something I need to do for me & for Boomer. Boomer is a Maltese/Poodle mix (Maltipoo) but definately has a Poodle attitude I think. Boomer was born in Sep 2018 in Albuquerque NM. My husband & I bought him to be a companion to David since he was newly disabled & home bound. However, David passed away only 7 weeks after we got Boomer when he was 8 weeks old. I've since relocated back to my home town in Oklahoma. Boomer is a very social dog & I take him to daycare when I can. But I think what he really needs is a dog brother or sister & that is not something I can provide for him - I'm just not up to it. I work from home part-time & I walk him several times a day but the rest of the time he just lays around. He loves to play ball & he loves being in the country (cows fascinate him) - lol. He's sweet and loving, but could use some more training & someone with more patience & is more active. He uses a doggy door.
