My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

At this time our adoptions are by SAME DAY appointment only. On the day (Tue-Sat) you're interested in meeting one of these animals, please call 360-352-2510 to make an appointment. (We start answering the phones at 8 AM.)  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, walk-ins are not permitted so we can maintain social distancing requirements.

Our cat adoption fee is $70. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including FVRCP (feline distemper combo) and Strongid (wormer), and are screened for feline leukemia.

This beautiful 6 year old cat is very loving and sweet. She likes to give head bumps. We were told that this cat had a immunological disorder by the previous owner. She was tested for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Infection(FIV). Her test came back negative for both. She may have had something that possibly resolved. You will want to have her checked on a regular basis by your veterinarian for any future care and to keep her in good health. This cat has also been known to grab your arm or hand for more attention. She will do this with her feet and her mouth. We recommend that she goes to a home without children.

We try to keep our list of available animals up to date, but some may be placed in adoption or adopted out faster than we can get them updated online.  We recommend stopping by the Shelter to see who is currently available whenever you’re in the area.

If you'd like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510.  This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services' website.  We will need the animal's number (we have it listed as the name) in order to look up the animal.

“Adoption Pending” means someone is in the process of adopting this pet but has not yet completed the requirements.  Please check back later to see if the animal is available, as we cannot accept reserve applications.
