Bobs had a severe injury as a kitten, had to have his tail amputated. His injury/surgery permanently injured his bladder so occasionally he leaks urine.. He has had lots of Accupunture, tried several meds and will be seeing a specialist- soon ( we will update then) he currently takes Dasaquin to help his bladder health. He is on a urinary diet (CD) as well. He need a human dedicated to his care and keeping him healthy. Normally a cat with this type of disability can be expressed but due to scar tissue Bob’s bladder cannot be expressed.
Bobs would like to be the only cat in your life. Bobs likes outdoor time on a cat harness too! We would consider an outdoor option for him with safe accommodations and without other cats around ( large property without close neighbors)
Because of his disabilities his options are limited, he does not like to wear a diaper but may be more adaptable to learn in a home without other cats. Bobs needs somewhere he can safely spend some outdoor time so a Catio would be great for him too (he currently has one in foster)

We accept applications online and in person at events. Applications are accepted on a first-come basis.

Meet the Pet
We require an in-person meeting with potential adopters and one of our adoption specialists. All members of the family should be present.

Interview
Interviews can be conducted via email or in person and may happen before, after or during the in-person meeting with the pet.

Home Check
Home checks may be completed at the discretion of the interviewing adoption specialist.

Approve Application

Pay Fee
Adoption fees vary based on age, medical care provided and event specials. Range does not exceed $80

Take the Pet Home
A follow-up contact will be made by an adoption specialist 1-3 days post-adoption and again at 10-14 days.
