BURSTING WITH YOUTHFUL CURIOSITY

UPDATE 1/25/21:

Inquisitive little Shelly (an Airedale Terrier/Beagle mix that was the runt of her litter) was purposely bred to be a bear hunter, but would much rather be with people than hunt.  This being her wish, we are going to help her find the home of her dreams!

Shelly is 13 months old, weighs 27.8 pounds and was just spayed and vetted. She tested negative for Heartworm, Lyme, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis—always great test results.

Shelly is a slim and practical small-medium size that fits easily into our modern world. Shelly’s breeder made it clear that she will not hunt.  Because of this, and her other sweet qualities, she will certainly make an outstanding home companion:

- she is interested in meeting other dogs.

- she tested respectful of cats.

- though she came in without leash experience, she is learning quickly.

- she is bursting with youthful curiosity—making her the perfect student for a patient partner or partners.

NOTE: All animals are spayed/neutered as soon as practical after arriving at our facility unless there is a medical issue that may cause a delay or they are too young to be spayed/neutered.
