Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Courtesy Post** Trixie needs a new home! She is a black and white scruffy girl who is 7-8 years old. She is a fun girl and is obsessed with playing in the sprinklers! Trixie is a runner and will try and sneak off, so she needs an owner who will keep a close eye on her. She also doesn’t like cats. She is very well trained and has wonderful house manners though. She is spayed and current on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Trixie needs a home without young kiddos, cats, other female dogs, or any little critters. A secure wooden fenced-in yard is a must for this girl! As mentioned, Trixie likes to try and run off. JRTs are notorious for getting out and this girl is no exception. This girl requires no chain-link, no wrought iron and no electronic fencing as they will not contain her. Please do not apply unless you can meet the fence requirements. If you are interested in giving Trixie a home you must be comfortable with her foster mom coming to your home for a little visit. You must also have a good vet reference. Trixie’s adopter must be able to drive to the Houston, Texas area to get her. Her foster mom will not ship her. A small rehoming fee is required. Please email her owner at justacy70@yahoo.com if you are interested in making this sweetie a part of your forever home and an adoption application will be emailed to you.
