Meet Simba! Simba is a 2 year-old pitbull/beagle mix. He came to us after his owner had to move to help take care of her mother. He is completely deaf but is a young happy boy. This boy just needs a home that will be patient with him and they best would a family that will take the time to learn hand signals for him to adjust quickly.
