My story

Hi! My name is Jerry! Don't you love my pointy ears and my sweet eyes? I'm a very sweet boy that is about 30 pounds. I'm pretty quiet. I have only barked once when all the other dogs were barking in my foster home. I love playing with other dogs. I really want another dog in my forever home. I am not great with cats so I would prefer a cat-free home. If you'll allow me, I will cuddle on the couch with you. I haven't had an accident in my foster home. I'm also crate trained. I don't make a noise at all in my crate. I'm unsure with new people so I just need some time to trust a new person, then I'll be the most loyal companion you've ever had! I would probably do best in a home with older kids or no kids just because things still scare me from my past. Are you the person I'm supposed to be with the rest of life?

Why adoption is a great option

Jerry, a Frisco Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Frisco, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Frisco.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frisco already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frisco breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frisco paves the way for another one to be saved.
