My story

I'm Patches and I know I may not look like the most pleasant boy. If someone comes in to meet the kittens and cats, I'm not going to show well because I tend to hide. It just takes me awhile to trust people. I was in an amazing foster home and my foster mom gave me time and patience that I needed to trust. I love to be pet and loved on.. I can live with cats and dogs and thanks to my foster mom people too. I am just going to need people that are very patient with me and give me time to find my way. Please be patient while waiting for a call back. Volunteers that have full time jobs check applications.

If we get an application that does not have a vet reference or a personal reference, the application will be delayed because we will need to contact you to get that information. Filling it out completely and accurately is the best way to ensure you get the pet you want.

Animal rescue of Carroll will host a dog and cat shelter servicing and caring for lost, unwanted or homeless dogs and cats, with a focus on adoption, education, cruelty prevention, spay and neuter programs, and reuniting lost dogs and cats with their owners.
