Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, I am looking for a new home for Parker. He will be 8 months old in March. He needs to be busy. With our work schedule, he is alone for six hours a day. He needs to be outside. He loves to run off leash and follow animal tracks. My wife's whistle has been successful in calling him back. When he gets too excited, his nippy Shepherd side comes out and his Husky voice. He has come a long way since his puppy days but that is still how he communicates. He wants to be out in the yard chewing sticks and playing with all manner of toys. We do not have enough time to spend doing that with him. He also can be too rough with our cat. He will get bored and try to play with him. The cat is 14 pounds while Parker is 45. Parker loves playing in the snow and water. Puddles and streams are his favorite. We have worked with a Trainer to help with the Basics (leash walks, sit and some Mat work). We train with the Reward system and he has responded well. Parker is playful and very smart.
