My story

Ravioli is a SUPER sweet and playful cocker spaniel mixed breed pup. He is NOT housetrained and his adopter will need to train him. He loves to play with other dogs and would do best in a home with another pup. He also loves to snuggle on the couch. He loves people and older children but will not be tested with cats or babies/toddlers. He is can be fairly vocal and apartments are not preferred. Like all cockers, he does shed and is NOT hypoallergenic.
He is located in Houston TX (no matter what it says elsewhere. (Unfortunately, since this info has already been provided, inquiries about location will be ignored). His fee is $850. There is no meet and greet prior to adoption. Because we have no staff, inquiries about availability or anything else will be ignored - you must fill out an application to be considered for adoption, please fill out an application here: https://www.cognitoforms.com/WNBSDRescue/adoptionapplication

Thanks for wanting to adopt a dog - stay safe and take care!

Additional adoption info

Please fill out the adoption application. Since we are in Texas, we adopt only out of state due to the pet overpopulation in the city. We believe adopting locally does not help the problem as there are so many pets available for adoption in shelters locally. If we like an application, we proceed with a virtual meet and greet where the adopter can meet the pet, asks questions, etc., and we can see their home. All our adopters acknowledge that they do not meet the pet in person and they need to be comfortable with this, and are. Once fee is paid, we schedule transport, either by an approved ground transporter, or schedule a in-cabin hand carry option by plane.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue based in Houston TX focusing on rescuing shelter pets from death row, and taking in stray dogs. We are a foster based rescue meaning that all our pets are in foster homes and not in boarding or a shelter. We keep our pets for long periods of time until we find the perfect home so our pets get the best care back to health before they are adoptedSince we are in Texas, we adopt only out of state due to the pet overpopulation in the city.
