My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cali is a sweet, loving, and curious kitty. I adopted her from the Kitsap humane society in December 2020. This shelter told me she was 4 years old, however, her new vet said she's more about 2 or 3 because her teeth are "immaculate." She quickly became acquainted to me and the apartment! She's a fearless girl that loves to interact, is affectionate, and loves pets. Once she gains your trust, she'll let you pick her up and will sleep beside you. Don't worry! It won't take long for her to warm up to you. It took only about a week for her to be my little shadow. I've unfortunately started a new job with long hours and have endless guilt with leaving her alone for so long. In her new home, I believe someone who works from home, or has another cat, may fulfill her needs of attention and play. I've leash trained her and can tell she loves the outdoors! She's also familiar with walking around town safely in her backpack. Please reach out if you think Cali would be a good fit for you!
