My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Friend has completed his heartworm treatment and has arrived in RI seeking adoption into his forever home. This is a true Pyr - he has the double dew claws, is badger marked, and has behavior very consistent with the breed. He is a very sweet, loving and easygoing boy....it may be cliche, but he is truly a gentle giant with a gentle soul. He needs to learn a few house rules, like not stealing food from the table (which is basically chin height for him, lol), but does very well in the house overall and is fine around other dogs. This is a big, strong animal and this breed orients to the outside.....he is a mellow companion to have around the house, but belongs with outdoorsy people who hopefully have a good sized yard as well. He does find with children, crates well and appears to be a readymade pet. Preferences to those with established vet references. Applications are available via contacting Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. Friend's adoption fee is $450. Adoptions to RI, CT and NH.
