Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi we are needing to re-home our dog. Honey is 10 months old and house/potty trained. She can sit, shake & lay down. Honey is about 26 pounds and hypoallergenic (very little shed). She is up to date on shots, spade, and microchipped. When we decided to adopt Honey we were told she was just "mix breed". What I have found out is that she is half Basenji and not sure of the other half, possible Terrier. We got the dog for my 6 yr old daughter but not realizing that this dog is more of a hunting dog and has an immense amount of energy. She definitely needs a fenced in back yard and loves to run. Before considering her I would go to the American Kennel Club website -Basenji dogs and read about the breed. She is such a loving and sweet dog and will cuddle at night and will also sleep in her crate. We just do not have the time to give her what she needs. Her crate, food, leash ect... will be included.
