Hello Kind and Compassionate Humans my name is GUMFROP and I need a HOME!
You see, my life has not been so great so far.
I had not nice owners who dumped me at a horrible and high kill pound out in the boonies, a place where hardly anyone ever comes to adopt and dogs like me don't stand much of a chance.
Well one day, oh boy I got lucky I got adopted!! I had HOPE!
but...... not so fast.
A few years later some people found me TIED TO A POLE......and..... THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO ADOPTED ME CUT MY BEAUTIFUL EARS OFF!!
Yes you read that correctly , they tied me to a pole and left me to fend for myself. Alone. Scared. Hungry. Confused.
I ended back at the very same pound and really, I had no reason to live anymore.
I had given up all hope in that terrible pound place until the day came when I heard ANGELS sing because these beautiful ladies showed up to RESCUE me and got me out and to a vet and off to a trainer!
They saved my LIFE!
And now I am SO READY to find my own human or family to love me FOREVER yes please!
I experienced some things I never did before. LOVE. KINDNESS. COMPASSION. TENDERNESS.
I am a 6 year old 70 pound pitbull/staffie mix with the biggest smile you will ever see on a doggo!!
I LOVE all humans and crave affection and I am pretty mellow but I am still a playful guy and like to go on a hike once in a while, I'm really a big goofball and good with dogs my own size but no small dogs or cats for me, I might want to chase them.
Older kids OK, but no small kids, I'd hate to accidentally knock a small human down, kids 10 and older would be OK tho!
The most perfect home for me would be with someone who is a strong leader who has previous bully experience.
Did I mention that I know some commands? Yes I do!
You couldn't ask for a better BESTIE than me, I PROMISE!
