Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We got Lacy from an acquaintance who had purchased her at Furry Babies. They did very little to train her in her first 9 months. We adopted her when our children were in high school and we were able to modify her behavior a lot. But, now our kids are in college and our workdays are longer, we are not able to be home with Lacy and she needs more companionship.
We would love to see her go to a home of either a family that home-schools their children and is home a lot, or a retired couple that can give her the attention she craves. She is sweet and loving. She likes to play and take walks. But, she has been impossible to house-train completely. We can let her out and she will come in a pee in the house minutes later. NOT ALWAYS, this can happen several times a week. It would seem she does it out of spite. Our thought is that if she were in a home that could keep her on a regular schedule, be very consistent in training methods and discipline she would improve.
