My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carl 'Crab Dragon' Blacktail is a heart breaker and the perfect combo of sweet and fun. He is goofy and wild one minute, then settles in for loving shortly after. Carl's main attack move is that of a fierce dragon . . . so watch out! He loves to play with toys, hang out by his human companion's side and be involved in your day-to-day routine. Carl is super snuggly and will fall asleep in your arms, on your chest or near your neck, but he is not smothering. He is learning to be a gentle kitten in play, giving him a chew toy when he focuses on human fingers will work beautifully. Carl is full of spirit and heart and will bring so much love to his new family. His ideal home is with an individual or couple. Carl is good with other cats and a cat-friendly dog; he loves dogs. A slow and proper introduction is best with other pets. He is 1 year old, black and white with a mask-and-mantle pattern, little pink nose and wily eye whiskers. ***Carl has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He is currently on medication and routine clinic visits. Sadly, many cats will succumb to their heart disease within one year of diagnosis***. Please keep this in mind if considering adopting Carl. His foster Mom is available to explain Carl's diagnosis in detail.
