My story

Leeza – Lab mix – Leeza is a white Lab mix. She is around 8 years old and weighs 50lbs. She is a bit thin, but considering she has a bit of arthritis in her back end and lower spine, thinner is better than heavier. Leeza is a fun dog. She does great with other dogs, but sometimes gets overly excited and wants to play when others do not. So, for that, she would do great being an only dog, but that’s not a necessity. Leeza walks great on leash and rides great in the car. She would be a great traveler. Leeza would be a great addition to any home. She is great with cats, also. She is spay, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative, so she is ready for her forever family. Leeza is looking for a foster and a forever family. Email us with questions at  lizzyshospice@gmail.com .

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Each potential adopter will submit an adoption application. Once the application is processed and approved, a home visit will be scheduled. If that is successful, a one week sleep over can begin. No contract wil be finalized until the one week sleep over has been completed. Submitting an application does not guarantee or require an adoption. Adoption fee is from $150-$200, depending on the dog.
