Meet Mr. Higgins! Mr. Higgins is a spry little grandpa who is approximately 10-years old and weighs just 5-lbs. Mr. Higgins is missing part of his bottom jaw and most of his teeth. He has limited vision, but he sees well enough to get around just fine, and he will run to you with his tail wagging when you come through the door.

Mr. Higgins has a great appetite and loves to eat, and also loves to roll himself up in blankets for one of his favorite hobbies, sleeping. Mr. Higgins likes to sit in your lap for petting and naps.

Mr. Higgins is neutered, up to date on shots, bloodwork, fecal tested, and microchipped. Adoption process includes application, interview, home visit, contract and donation.
