Story of Clifford:

Clifford is a rescue from the county of San Bernardino. He was relinquished to tge rescue from an owner after all his siblings died from Parvo and he was about to die from Parvo too. When rescued, Clifford was vomiting blood and he wasextremely dehydrated. Immediately, the rescue took him to a veterinarian where he got diagnosed with Parvo. The rescue paid for him to stay under intensive care to be treated against Parvo. During his stay at the clinic, he was receiving IV fluids, antibiotics, steroids and essential nutrition to survive Parvo. Due to the intensive care he was provided, Clifford survived Parvo and recovered all symptoms fast. His previous illness did not leave him with any sort of disability or chronic disease. He stayed in the rescue for more than 3 months, gained weight, and received all the required core vaccines in addition to Bordetella as a non-core vaccine. He recently received his rabies shot, and he was operated for Neuter. He is Microchipped and his adopter will be able to register the microchip for free.

Now Clifford is ready for adoption. He is such a sweet and grateful dog. He thanks the people who rescued him and took care of him everyday by giving them kisses and hugs. He follows his foster everywhere and he is so obedient. He gets along with other dogs and she does not have any behavioral issues. He is good with friends and strangers. She is Semi-potty trained. The responsibility of making him 100% house broken will fall on the adopter. He does not seem to have a problem around cats. However, we would prefer for his adopter to work on training him to work with cats if he/she has any.

If you think that Clifford matches your criteria for a companion, please consider giving him a home.
